"It’s impossible to get in to be seen here, receptionists and scheduler all act like it’s their first day and have no idea how to do anything. Wait time is always 1-2 hours past appointment time IF you are lucky enough to get an appointment. The nurse will NOT return calls. Medications are allowed to run out and one time a dr whom I have never seen at the clinic refilled my rx because for whatever reason Dr. Spangler and her nurse Lacy couldn’t be bothered to do it. I have tried for over 8 years to make this clinic work. Save yourself the hassle and the time and just find somewhere else to go."

"I’ve called 3 days in a row to get an appointment and I called periodically threw out each day and not a thing. How do you get a hold of anyone? It’s ridiculous at this point. I go to Conley normally and usually everything has been great but recently you can’t get a hold of anyone to get an appointment."

"Nearly impossible to make an appointment and they don’t call back most of the time when you leave a message. Then they text and email 6-8 reminders of your appointment even after you confirm. I’ve been trying to get my daughter in for an appointment and the scheduler just give me medical advise rather than making an appointment. She still hasn’t been seen for this ongoing health concern. Earlier this year, I went in for a woman check and was referred to get a colonoscopy. That doc asked me why I was there and I said I didn’t know and neither did he. I did a pre-employment drug screen for a new job and they lost the results. Then they found them and couldn’t figure out how to send them. I had to do all the legwork and almost missed the job opportunity. I tried to get an appointment for a sinus infection and was told to do the walk-in clinic. I wanted to see my primary. Yesterday, I went in for an annual physical and today received a call for a referral to a psychiatrist. They called the wrong person. This was the final straw for me. I’m discontinuing care at the Nevada Medical Clinic."

"This is the biggest joke of a Doctors office that I have ever been to. You have to jump through hoops just to get an appointment. The front desk can never help you. They transfer you to the nurse who is always to busy to make an appointment. We have been struggling to make this doctors office work for 5 years. I will never go back."

"I only went to the pharmacy and I will say I got some prescription. And the young lady at the counter was polite at first until she saw what prescription was and who my provider was had her demeanor instantly changed to cold and aloof. So tired of medical staff being ignorant to certain conditions educate yourselves ignorance is no excuse."
