"Only book a massage here if you want to be taken advantage of. Andrea is using gift certificates to overcharge on already overpriced services, especially for the quality and does not honor her advertisements. I was a monthly customer for several months before work took me away. My family members had bought me $200 in gift certificates upon my return. I again tried to book on the monthly subscription. Andrea called me and said I couldn’t book on monthly because I wasn’t a regular customer and she needed room for her regulars. She raised her prices $35 for a one hour massage in less than a year and wouldn’t honor my certificates as a regular customer with a monthly subscription claiming I hadn’t booked in time and certificate’s couldn’t be applied to subscriptions even though there was not a disclaimer on the certificate stating this or in the bookings for monthly subscriptions. She claimed certificates can be applied as cash for payment of services (the same as how all certificates work) but would not apply it to the service I desired. I asked for a refund for the certificates my family members bought since she was not only taking advantage of me but also them, and she would not give a refund, stating family members buy the certificates and it is up to the customer to use or not use them as cash value as they wish (although she would not allow me to use them as cash and has unwritten restrictions on their use). I had to use the certificates with her price for a single appointment which was raised an additional $10/hour since initially attempting to book with the certificates less than a month prior. Andrea does not care about her customers, only their money. She lost a regular customer due to her lack of professionalism."
