"Dr . Ryan Frank . I took my son to Dr. Frank because his big toe was infected. Dr. Frank said the best thing I can do is takeoff his toenail and I asked him can you give him some pain medication because I’ve had it done and it’s very very painful and he said to me we don’t do that and I don’t give out antibiotics, he finally got his toenail off after prodding for 30 minutes and it bleeding all over the place and his toenail popped off with all the skin that was attached to it underneath ! He refused to give him ANYTHING for pain and he said I don’t give out antibiotics. . I have had my toenail removed and it was the worst pain I’ve ever had in my life and my pit gave me pain medication. Dr. Frank says he doesn’t do that. What the hell has he never had a toenail taken off and been in severe pain ‼️ after he took his toenail off, he decided he needed an antibiotic and gave him one, but refuses to do anything about the pain which is excruciating. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy. I believe the reason he did not give my son any pain medication is because he’s on Medicaid. If I walked into his office with commercial insurance pretty sure he would’ve given me something for pain. What a horrible doctor ! And. Now my sons toe is horribly infected so now I have to take him to the ER to get it cleaned up and get antibiotics and something for pain . Pretty bad I have to spend thousands of dollars going to the ER just because this doctor mad my sons toe worse and won’t do anything to help him ! A friend of mine told me he was a horrible doctor and had a bad reputation . She told me she wouldn’t ever go back there ."

Dr. Frank is a doctor you feel very comfortable with, he has a great personality and he is very knowledgeable. He is easy to talk to and he explains things very well. He seems to be a very caring doctor , I was very pleased with my visit and I would highly recommend Dr. Frank"
