"Customer service is VERY VERY Unprofessional, right away when answering the phone, i told her I had a referral sent to them so I just needed to schedule an appointment, immediately she said “referral okay” then put me on hold without letting me know, before putting me on hold I can hear her saying “April you ain’t gonna believe this” not even asking my name, date of birth or any information, 5 minutes later takes me off hold and starts to ask me questions I excepted her to ask me to look up the referral. She then proceeded to have an attitude about “my referral not being in the system” of course this is the place Tri-care sends their members. Beyond disbelief."
