"My daughter is a Freshman and went to the on campus health clinic yesterday for ear and jaw pain. They cleaned her ears out and sent her on her way. The pain got worse over the weekend so I told her to go to the Warrensburg Urgent Care. She did today, and was diagnosed with a double ear infection and prescribed antibiotic drops. I have instructed my daughter to not go back to the on campus Health Clinic. So very disappointing."

"have call multiple times over the past few weeks to get issues about immunization records solved. no one ever answers the phone. when i go in, they tell me to look at the website, but the website is having issues. so i can. and nobody answers. cant sign up for classes w the holds they put on my account"

"Had me on a zoom call to "look me over" of course determined nothing and sent me to the local hospital which is no better then a third world hospital. Very pleased with the respectfulness of the staff but they are only concerned about covering the university under Covid regulations"

"I have twins in university housing both on quarantine, one positive, the other one exposed to her.. updates from cdc state the one exposed needs testing, but I just called and they say no even when I tell them cdc recommends. Also, I know our kids are college freshman, 18 yo adults, any other parents worry about their kids locked in their dorm room, sharing a bathroom with kids who are on quarantine? Also when they don’t pick up cell phone, how do we know they are okay?"
