"I just love this dr office! Fallon is simply amazing with her follow through and communication. I appreciate the calls before I have to call them & they are always so friendly & helpful. We've seen another dr when we first moved here who was terrible so we didn't know what to expect but they really take care of their patients at this office. Very much appreciated! **UPDATED REVIEW** Was told I'd have a call back by the EOD yesterday. No call. I called this morning & was told I'd get a call back today. Nothing. I called at 4pm & was greeted by a snarky nurse who basically told me they're too busy with patients coming in & it'll be reviewed "when they have time". Considering this is a serious issue, I would've expected more from this experience but no empathy or kindness from this nurse. Will update this review as things progress but if you're someone in dire need of results, don't hold your breath. **UPDATED REVIEW** Office manager reached out to assist me & gave me the important information I needed. While this wasn't an ideal situation, the dr himself is fantastic & I'm gonna treat this as a "on-off" and increase my rating."

"I started seeing Dr Zink for pain and nausea. He saw me twice. He basically accused me of only wanting pain meds. I decided to take my care needs to KU. The doctors there have found that I have chronic pancreatitis. Dr Zink is a horrible dr. Do not go to him for anything. He could kill you. Like he would have let me die."

"Terrible experience for our grandmother. Horrible bedside manner for the elderly. Yelled at our grandmother who was there to get answers about her pain and made her cry. Would not recommend him at all. He's a real jerk to the elderly."
