I think that it would be great if there was a picture of each Dr. in the practice and a little bit about them so that patients would have some idea about who they were seeing instead of a group picture."

"I had to wait past my appointment time (approx 20 min) before being called back but it wasnt what i would consider an unreasonable amount of time for as busy as they were. All medical staff were outgoing, friendly, and professional. They made me feel good about my choice to be seen there. I am waiting on coordination of benefits with my insurance because they don't do MRIs at the Independence location though they were able to do x-rays at this location; I appreciated not needing to go somewhere else for those."
