"This place is WORTHLESS. Suppose to keep things consistent for clients. But everything but. They constantly change the process of getting your injections. Charge you for things that you shouldn't be charged for due to their inability to fill the orders for the clients. I've been waiting for 2 months to get my injections sent to my house. Having to drive 45 min outta my way to come get a bridge dose. That now I'm expected to pay $70 for when the holdup is on their end. They are totally. UNPROFESSIONAL and have no clue how to keep their clients on a constant routine. Once I find a better treatment center I'll be done with this place and you all should be too."

"This is a mixed review here. I have positive interactions with the staff at this clinic. The deserves more stars, but the company deserves ZERO. I have seen the stress and lack of support they get from the corporate side of this. Much of the nonsense is generated from new ownership. These new owners are the bottom of the barrel when it comes to service. Village Lane Apothecary is horrible. I have now been weeks without a shot. This is not healthy. I have received no communication either. However, I still get the app reminder to take my shot every 4 th day. I'm now stuck waiting for the next round of shots before I can find a different provider."

"Do you take pride in your partnership with Village Lane Apothecary of Texas who daunts a whole 1.6 star review on Google? We have not received even one shipment on time, ending up DAYS overdue, averaging 4 days late with one being a week and a half late with no communication from you or the apothecary. There has been an attempt to contact your clinic to insure timely delivery of patient medication three times over the course of three days with no response or assistance provided. Meanwhile hormones are imbalanced and the health professionals at both your clinic and the apothecary you send your clients to, have shown no concern for the medical treatment you claim to provide, or care to address the issue and provide a solution that is medically sound to a paying patient. Very unprofessional and does not align with the care expected from a healthcare provider."

"My experience here has been extremely frustrating! All they seem to care about is money and not people care. I really miss the closed down branch in Leawood. The nurse there was so friendly, caring and truly concerned.I really miss her. Resolved concerns and issues immediately. Never had a single problem. The nurse in Independence, is the complete opposite. Uncaring , unconcerned and inconsiderate. I rarely write reviews but just had to,this time. The only reason I'm even there is because my branch in Leawood closed down. The staff is friendly but their Manager...I'll leave it at that. She wouldn't even give me a phone number which my former Nurse did. I have not had a delivery in about 3 months and she seems unbothered. Unbelievable!"

"NP Kara Perdue is very knowledgeable and helpful. Nurse Keslie is extremely nice , personal and makes your appointment enjoyable. I have been going here for years and they are two of the best I have seen at this clinic. They make it a much better place."
