"Same issue the last two reviews have stated. It's impossible to get your medications refilled. You can have pharmacy send request and leave message wlth front desk but gets you nowhere. I have never seen a medical office where you cant leave a Vm with providers MA or nurse. If you have medications you need avoid this place."

"I don’t recommend this clinic. Minor issues: Slow to answer calls. Left in the waiting room for an hour during a visit. Major issues: My doctor claimed to have read my CBC blood test results and told me all was normal. If my doctor read my blood test results, he would have alerted me of high WBC, low RBC (Anemia), among other abnormal counts. And I am a cancer survivor. If you want quality healthcare, I recommend acquiring a higher trained physician in the Kansas City area."

"Very dissatisfied with the way they handle medications for my son. He was constantly running out and the doctor would not respond to the refill requests by the pharmacy. I had to constantly call to get it done and sometimes no one would even answer during business hours. There's no ability to even leave a voice mail. If you take medications I do not recommend them."
