"Unfortunately I will not be going back to Dr.Burroughs. I’ve been going to him the past 3 months for weight loss management. First appointment he was 45 mins late, I was his first appointment of the day. He stated KC traffic was terrible. Second appointment right on time. Was his first appointment again that day. Today’s appointment didn’t even see him. After waiting an hour I got frustrated and my blood pressure was through the roof. Just frustrating he doesn’t value others time. I only get one day off a week. That was today. For a hour to be wasted, not even to see the doctor. I hope someone has a meeting with him about his poor time management."

"Dr. Burroghs was my doctor for over 17 years. Wonderful doctor very personable cares about his patients. Never harsh word very understanding is their first patience. During my time with Dr. Burroghs my grandfather even Cottonelle, his doctor was not getting the answers Dr. Burroghs to go on his case we found out what was wrong with him and he made sure he was completely comfortable until the day he passed and got his wishes. He was an amazing Doctor but your friend also. He didn’t just make it a doctor patient strict no empathy relationship she made you feel comfortable he would talk to you. He got to know his patients an excellent doctor."

"My granddaughter had an appointment on 3/8/16. The appointment was scheduled for 4:00 and we got the appointment a month ago and being that I've been in the military for 18 and a half years I'm always on time. I arrive for the appointment at about 3:30 pm with my granddaughter, signed in and waited. I watch every other person with a 4:00 pm appointment (based off the sign in roster) get seen and leave as 4 o'clock came and went. There were also people who came in after 4 and was seen right away. As it neared 4:15 pm I ask the front desk person what was the issue and she told me that there was still one patient being seen by the doctor and then another before my granddaughter. Finally at 4:30 we were called back for the prescreening before the doctor was finally available. The nurse who brought us back seemed to be the only one who cared about the fact that it was 4:30 and my appointment was scheduled for 4:00. It was chalked up to "it's just one of those days" My time is very valuable to me and I was unable do some things I had planned yesterday due to the fact that this appointment time was pushed back. I don't know if this was an isolated incident but no one seemed concerned that they couldn't keep the appointment time they gave me. The front desk clerk even seemed a little annoyed that I was inquiring about why it was taking so long. The Doctor did kind of apologize what it wasn't enough for me."
