"I called this office for information and the front desk is very rude. I spoke with Liz although I heard numerous people in the background talking about things that didn't sound work related. I currently have a medical condition that makes my voice sound hoarse and a bit off. Half way through my conversation with Liz she put me on speaker so her coworkers could hear me talk. I was very friendly and at the end of the conversation when she was saying goodbye I could hear the laugh in her voice and her coworkers laughing. I know nothing about this doctor's office but I would not recommend them due to the immature and rude nature of the front desk. I hope you do not treat your patients this way. I also hope next time you think before you act and make fun of someone because you wouldn't want someone to do that do you."
"Dr. Brown was extremely unprofessional when my husband visited his office regarding some GI issues. The GI specialist recommended setting up care with a PCP to help with the pain that he was experiencing. When my husband explained the issues and couldn't remember the GI doctor's name, Dr. Brown proceeded to say "If I had someone digging in my butt, I would want to know their name." At one point, he proceeded to chuckle and laugh at my husband when he was explaining his issues. Dr. Brown sent in a script for some meds but other than that, the care was extremely poor. Considering their website states they offer 'high quality, compassionate care' I feel like this information should be shared with anyone wanting to visit their office."
