"I was running behind because of an accident, so I tried calling them to let him know I was going to be slightly behind was put on hold for 10 minutes. by time I got there I was 10 minutes past the time of my appointment. I sat there for another five minutes as they tried to figure out if they could get me in or reschedule me. The receptionist was very rude when I was trying to explain why I was running behind. She kept cutting me off and was being very difficult to work with. Insurance is very expensive nowadays and good customer service is very hard to come by. I really hope this place changes the way they speak to people. I paid good money for my insurance and will be taking my business somewhere else. I do not recommend them to anybody avoid this place."
"Very friendly staff and Tiffani is awesome and professional and caring. Id recommend this clinic. The review about the staff discussing shaving their legs and eating...well, that just proves human beings works here. I guess Jessica is a robot and has no real feelings. When i go to a dr i want to see an actual human."
"I had to wait a little longer than I had hoped but the care that I received was Top Notch. I had to share some personal things with providers and never once felt judged or belittled. Did several tests and I walked out with the necessary medication to bring me back from my illness. Everyone there went above and beyond what was expected highly recommended"
