"I had one visit at The Center- It was my last. Dr. Jura himself seemed like a bright individual. I can respect and appreciate the work he does. I could immediately tell Dr. was overbooked and did not have enough time to fully evaluate a patient without seeming intellectually distant. I can empathize with that idea, but only to a certain extent as it creates a huge problem in establishing any sort of connection between provider and patient. One aspect of my visit that I can hardly empathize with was the unprofessionalism at the front desk. As a former front office staff member- I understand working in healthcare is hard. If you’re not able to greet patients and direct them in a friendly manor- Switch professions. As I waited for my appointment I watched the front desk staff talk extensively behind the glass while the phone was ringing and calls were ignored. I visually witnessed them look at me through the glass window (just glances) and no smiling at all. Whether it’s in person or over the phone- They are blunt, rude seeming, and lack the proper etiquette for a front desk position at a clinic of any sort. I understand the struggle, but man, you’re representing the business on the front line as the first form of communication between your staff and the patient. I overall would not recommend The Center but I do have empathy for the doctors there."

"I don't feel he listened toany of my problems that I had. He already had in his mind what he wanted to do with me beforee. Even listen to my symptoms and my problems. I wouldn't recommend him but that's me."
