"I had my dog put down. The vet sat with me and explained everything that was going to happen and then stayed with me while he passed and I cried. The vet asked me about my dog and wanted to know what kind of pet he was. I had never been to this vet before, but would recommend them to anyone that would ask. I will be going back to have them care for my other animals. I will be happily drive an hour away to see the vet."

"Took my cat in to have 2 teeth extracted. Picked him up to find blood all over his face and kennel and all of his nails clipped way too short to the point that they were all bleeding and scabbed over. I was not told they did it or asked beforehand which is extremely disappointing. Will not be returning."

"Was happy with this place after a few visits until I had to take my dog to get euthanized. It’s already a sad thing but this visit was horrible and traumatic. Vet said a shot to my dogs heart would take effect almost immediately. It didn’t. My dog suffered gasping for air and struggling to get off the table. It took a 2nd shot to end things. Vet said it’s ok he was brain dead and he only tried to get off the table because it was his nerves just firing even tho my dog was braindead. So why was he gasping for air for so long if he was brain dead. It was absolutely horrible for my dog and very traumatic for me. I’ll never ever be able to get the memory of my dog suffering out of my head."
