"We had an Italian sling patio set for many years that we liked a lot. The aluminum frames were still good, but the slings were damaged. We decided to try to replace the slings instead of buying a new set. I did an internet search and I located only two places in Saint Louis that can do this type of chair repair. One was Suburban Leisure Center at 14015 Blvd and we decided to try this first. They requested us to bring them the chair to look at it and then they informed us that it is impossible to change the slings on our chairs. Nevertheless we decided to try a second place, Apple Tree Custom Sewing, and Bob was able to replace the slings at our 6 patio chairs at a reasonable price. The work was done very efficiently and professionally. Our set looks beautiful again. Thank you, Bob. It is a small company but for us they were able to do the service that larger company could not. They have our highest recommendations."

"We had two large swivel patio chairs which were damaged in a recent storm.We tried to replace them , but the store where we bought them has since gone out of business and the manufacturer wanted a small fortune ro replace them. We were heart broken cause we really enjoyed them and hated to just throw them out. I then heard about Apple Tree Sewing. The owners were helpful and did a great repair job for a reasonably price. They may be a small shop but the quality of their work is very professional. Thanks to Apple Tree our chairs are back on our patio where we can once again enjoy them. We highly recommend Apple Tree and I'm sure they will do a good job for you."

"Huge waste of time!! After many emails back and forth with pictures sent 2 different times, they gave me a quote. Then they requested me to bring in my patio furniture to make a template. Once there they had me wait over 30 minutes while they cut out the templates and THEN ask “ Do you want the back in addition to the seats made?” Ummm....yes, I don’t want to lean back on the metal. Ok that over $1,000 more than what we quoted you. Really????? That’s not right. Don’t waste your time!!"
