"Whoever the lead/ on-duty manager at the registers was recently made a passive-aggressive display about the returns I was making. The dollar value was about $160; more than my usual, but a drop in the bucket compared to the many thousands I spend every Christmas season to buy my business supplies at Hobby Lobby stores + online. The cashier (a nice girl) called her over to approve the return, and said manager eyeballed the bags then said loudly "hmm BIG return," before radioing a manager elsewhere in the store to tell her, loudly (as if she wanted the whole line of customers could hear) the dollar value of items I was returning, and the name of store they came from (not the Ballwin location). As if buying from one location and returning to another was a biggg no-no. Was I supposed to get embarrassed?? I'm not a confrontational person and this manager's attitude was so off-putting."

"Fantastic as always! They always have awesome prices, awesome sales and shelves are almost always well stocked. Employees are the icing on the cake as they are always helpful and friendly! I LOVE this store!!"
