"Literally I just left there and got two bottles of wine when I grabbed my bag from the car they both fell out to the ground and I called and said I just left two minutes ago and the bag was obviously too thin to hold both bottles and the clerk said that’s possible but that’s the store policy to come back and repurchase the bottles. Like it was my fault...SERIOUSLY!! The upmost customer service, sure....smh."
