"Picked up a new E-bike and hit the trails! The staff was extremely patient and helpful. They allowed me to test out a few options and gave me insight into the different selections. I got a great deal and walked out happy. I would definitely suggest checking them out if you're in the market for a bike."
"Bad experience. Purchased a bike from them, the purchase part was great (easy sale, found the bike on specialized webpage, walked in paid $5k , walked out) 2 weeks later the front fork started making some bad noises. Went back, long story short they said they had to "service the fork ($100)" before sending it back to Fox for warranty if I wanted them to send it. Yes a 2 week old fork... They didn't even care to listen to it or take a look at it.. first and last bike I bought from them. Bought 2 e-bikes from another shop later on, complete different experience, had a small issue with 1 and they took care of it right away. Might want to re think the way you guys are doing business."

"A buddy and I rented Levo SL’s for the weekend and bought a couple new helmets. The shop is really nice and the employees were awesome. They fitted us to our bikes and even installed a new rear tire on mine as I requested. I was super happy with their service and knowledge about bikes and gears. 5 stars. I’ll definitely be going back next trip!"
"I ordered a bike online from Specialized. It was a bike that Gearhead Experience Center didn’t have in stock in store. It was shipped to their store where they assembled it for me. I also had a helmet sent there. These were surprise gifts for my husband. All the staff were awesome in helping me. Before the merchandise came to the store, I brought my husband in and they pretended to know nothing about it, showing him the bike I had already ordered on the big screen, and talking it up for me! Then when it came in, they made a little presentation on the sales floor with his name to find when we came in to “browse” again. I HIGHLY recommend Gearhead Experience Center on SW A Street in Downtown Bentonville! Not only do they carry the best of the best in cycling gear, but you won’t meet a nicer, and more knowledgeable group of people. Handicap accessible."
