"I've lived in Kansas City all of my life and had never seen a show here. Great venue! I hope I get a chance to go again soon! Parking is a little rough, so it only gets a 4 star, but the venue itself is really cool and well kept."

"This was my first time at this venue. I appreciate the historical architecture and ready availability of restrooms. Our views of the stage were a bit occluded on the 2nd floor. There were small tables around the railing for reserved seating, with terraced floor areas behind."

"I wasn't originally supposed to travel with a musical artist I manage on a Midwest mini-tour they had scheduled in January 2024. Because of weather and circumstances, I ended up on a winter January midwest tour that stopped at The Madrid Theatre in Kansas City,O, on January 11th, 2024. The club was well run, properly staffed, and ver comfortable for a larger show! Highly recommend !"

"This was my second time attending a show here. I can say, I think it’s my favorite out of all the venues here in KC. It’s smaller so it’s intimate, but it’s big enough/they don’t overcrowd/oversell it. I will say if there were a spot to sit to kinda chill out it would be nice, last time the balcony area was open so it was more “spacious” but it was closed to wristbands, which I also get. it does get pretty hot being IN the crowd, but you can go out to the smoking area to chill. The staff/security were all super duper kind and helpful. Restrooms stayed pretty clean! The sound was AMAZING. 10/10. I hope we get more EdM shows here!!"

"Such a nice venue! We saw a concert here. It was really the perfect size, not too big, or too small. It’s beautiful inside! Drink prices were fairly reasonable. Staff was friendly when interacting them. We don’t live in Kansas City, but I would definitely come back here!"
