"Had to hunt all over to find what I needed after being told someone would help. Associate wandering around didn’t even acknowledge let alone help. At checkout treated like they wished I wasn’t there…employees all seemed distracted or preoccupied except the greeter, he was personable, but nobody followed through on his commitment to help. Store isn’t logically laid out for home theatre stuff"

"This Great Clips keeps getting worse and worse! Their online check-in waitlist is off by more than 90 minutes today. It's a Saturday, and there is ONE employee working (see pictures). Customers are fuming and leaving left and right. Who schedules ONE stylist for a Saturday afternoon??? We've all arrived at our supposed check-in times, only to sit and wait another 90-120 minutes. And this one poor employee keeps apologizing; but obviously it's not her fault. She's not in charge, but her manager should be ashamed of herself for treating her employees and customers like this!"

"I go on Sunday mornings now usually with a couple of friends. The atmosphere is always good. I'm trying the AMC A-List for now, which is 19.95 a month and you get 3 movie tickets monthly and free size upgrades on anything at the concession stand. Was never much of a movie person before but figured I'd give it a try! Theater is always clean and service is friendly."

"I enjoy the different stores that we have available at this location. Best Buy was good at getting the mouse that I needed for my computer. All I had to do was pull up and tell him I was there."

"Customer service isn’t great, tried to find merchandise that showed was available in store and employees said if it’s not on the shelf we don’t have it. But I ordered and was able to wait and pick it up within the hour. Their new-ish procedure of come to the front to ask for assistance in an area does not work. But the store is clean and organized, just can’t guarantee what their website is available in store will be on the shelf to purchase right away."
