Then when we moved to the Lake of the Ozark it was Fransisco we called again to set up all TV's and sound system in our new house. Now we are moving to Columbia and once again we called Francisco and Audio Innovations to buy a new TV, a Sound Bar and Speakers and then set up that systems and move others around in our new home in Columbia. "· about a minute ago Over a year ago we spent almost $7000 dollars on a piece of video equipment that never worked and has never been replaced or refunded (after being removed and sent back to the manufacturer). Audio Innovations has ignored our numerous requests for resolution and has been dishonest about what exactly has happened (which we still are unclear about). It has been a horrible experience. Please be very careful when dealing with this unscrupulous company."
