"We were so excited to come in and have a birthday bear experience and the employee there named Beth was an older lady and she was so rude to me and my mother and we didn't get to participate in half the experiences which really made us sad. She then kept at being rude to us intentionally and when told we felt like she was being rude and we were upset with our experience she tried to gaslight us and tell us we are crazy for thinking that and that she did nothing wrong. When asking for her name or employee id she then responds have fun with that! Worst customer experience of my life this person should not work with kids so sad!"

"My husband and I went last weekend as we bought some bears online and took them to the store to add sound and stuff. We got there right when they opened. The manager set us up with the sound and then went to the back to finish getting ready leaving the lone employee by himself. Caine was getting us squared away with stuffing and a few more families started trickling in. We made our way to the register to check out and stood there for about 10 minutes while a relatively large line had formed for their friends to be stuffed.Caine did an amazing job juggling everything all while keeping an upbeat and positive energy!! He definitely deserves a raise and a huge kudos!"

"Our daughter were so excited! The experience was going great, then we went to check out. Our daughter didn’t want to put the toy on the counter, she’s 3, she didn’t understand and we were correcting the situation and the employee name Traci said, “if I don’t go beep beep then you get no ruff ruff” REALLY!!"

"Had a fantastic visit at the Springfield location in the mall. They had a party of about 15 people come in, unannounced during the holidays and were still able to handle my exchange in a very prompt manner that wasnt even their fault to begin with. It was the wearhouse that messed up an audio recording for me. Beth and Molly were specifically wonderful even though their entire staff that greeted and talked to me were so kind in the midst of a very stressful situation. Fantastic experience. Great work to those people and that team."

"Beth the manager was rude and disrespectful to me and my family. She snapped at my child. Telling her that she was not allowed to touch the clothing for the bears. She was rolling her eyes and getting an attitude as we were just trying to shop. As we were shopping I overheard her yelling at her workers. She ruined our experience. My child left crying. 0/10 would not recommend."
