Good thing the battlefield INN worked with us or we would have been stranded 6 hours from home sleeping in the blazer all weekend while we were there. "Charged for parking not disclosed at check in and car actually not kept there overnight also nor disclosed at check in. Noisy room with kids In the hallway past midnight and waking me up bouncing basketballs by 8 am. Door handle messed up, smoke alarm hanging down from ceiling, left over frie in bathroom, bathroom wallpaper peeling. Breakfast so so with items often running out including coffee. TV limits what apps you can stream from."

"A few weeks ago i discovered that a pipe between two walls had burst causing water and mold damage. On that same day my insurance company gave me 3 places to choose from that allowed pets! I chose the Residence Inn by Marriott in Springfield and I’m so glad I did!! I ended up staying for 3 weeks!!! The people that worked there were some of the most delightful people i had ever worked with!! They were so kind, thoughtful and put up with me and my dog!! I had several requests that were taken care of immediately and there was always a smile coming from the person who fulfilled any and all requests! My dog and I were always greeted with such kindness and beautiful smiles when we came and went!! They spoiled my dog with treats all of the time! My room was neat and very clean ! Awesome cleaning staff!! I hated to leave!! It was as though the people that worked there actually became friends! I would HIGHLY recommend the Residence Inn!! Gina Cardin"

"We stay in Marriott's frequently all around the US. This was by far one of our favorites! The staff was so kind and friendly, the rooms were very clean and well maintained (newly renovated), the 2 breakfast area employees were exceptional, and the free hot breakfast was impressive and plentiful. There were so many options, you won't be disappointed. The atmosphere in the breakfast area was so nice and relaxing, and my favorite thing was the gas fireplace in our room. We'll definitely be back!!"

"Wonderful hotel! Very clean & large rooms. Have a sliding door balcony, full fridge, stove, & comfortable beds. Jocelyn (hope I remembered her name right) was extremely friendly & helpful. Good continental breakfast. Would HIGHLY suggest this hotel!! Def would stay agn."
