"Unable to get ahold of anyone in billing after three phone calls. I got disconnected the first phone call because people are working from home on a unreliable phone line. Address was incorrect in their system even after updating it with customer service. Specimen that was sent was lost. This is still not resolved."
"Tho the staff was quite pleasant, it took 8 wks to get my Lab results. I had asked for a copy to be sent to both me and my Dr. They did neither. I called 3 times and left a message and got no response. My Dr finally had to get involved and after 8 wks we finally got the Lab results. If you have time to bill my Insurance company and myself then you have time to provide what your billing for. Now I need to find a new Lab because honestly this was a lot of stress."
"I want to preface by saying the ladies in here are were kind. However, I’m not sure why this office thinks it’s appropriate to wear perfume and use strong smelling fragrant items (I have no idea what I was smelling, possibly a scentsy?). I felt like I was going to choke from inhaling it during the check in at the kiosk as well as my very lengthy blood draw. A lot of folks with medical conditions, including myself, are very sensitive to breathing this stuff in and I’m disappointed that this isn’t even taken into consideration at their medical facility. I felt like I was at a department store perfume counter the entire time. Come on guys, do better."
"Visit was quick (I was there for a pre-employment drug screening). But the staff were less than pleasant. There wasn't a real sign directing where their office is. But it's on the first floor. If you park on the west side you will access the first floor directly. However if you park on the east side, you will have to take the elevator down to the first floor."
