The classes are great, and our daughter's birthday party was a blast! She got to choose her favorite activities to incorporate into her day, and she left feeling happy, confident, and special. The classes and parties are an amazing way to let your kids have fun moving their bodies and playing while also learning a lot of skills about mindfulness, strength, and persistence. This place is a gem!"

He’s tried other classes but got distracted and off task- it’s never an issue in aerial yoga class. They have a variety of activities that keep his interest and help him focus. The studio is welcoming and so engaging. We drive 30 minutes each way for class and it’s worth every minute."

"I have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Tracy on several projects over the years as her photographer. I had the pleasure of working at her studio this past weekend and was able to observe her and her staff working with children of various ages. Although I don't have a child in her program I am a father of 2 and know a thing or two about kids when the parents leave. The interaction between her staff and kids was nothing short of amazing. The environment was nurturing and organized. Kids knew what their expectations were and how to behave. The facility was extremely clean and organized. The kids had a fantastic time and the staff was incredible to watch. I would highly recommend Tracy and her team to any parent looking for a health, safe activity for their kids."
