"Our stay was lovely and the room was great. On our way out, we realized we had a flat tire. I called the front desk and they sent a very kind and professional young man out to fill the tire for us. I highly recommend the Raphael."

"Nice accommodation but highly dependent on the room you get assigned. Some are large and spacious, others are adequate, but also few are pokey and tight. It was never purpose designed as a hotel. Service is great. The location is wonderful, all while the overall experience is classy for sure."

"This past Valentine’s weekend, my girlfriend and I planned a night at the Raphael and I was quite unimpressed unfortunately. Staff were nice and friendly that we interacted with. However, I was very displeased with the room and charges. The room had an odd smell and could hear toilets flushing from another room. My other complaint that nobody seemed to care for was, I was over charged by nearly $100 for our one night stay. The reservation I booked was for 1 night, with breakfast in bed for two. Not only was I overcharged for our stay, during check-in I was provided with 1 breakfast voucher meanwhile, I paid for two. I figured they would have been aware and the voucher would have covered both of our meals. So I didn’t say anything at the time during check-in. When room service arrived, he only accounted for 1 breakfast voucher and told me sorry and needs a second voucher to take it off the receipt. So be it. I’m not typically the one to go out of the way for a negative review as I work in retail but I feel like I was taken advantage of this weekend. Definitely had different expectations from a place like this and needless to say, I will not be back."

"My goodness this hotel deserves 6 stars! Beautiful, clean, super comfortable bed, amazing staff, and overall would stay again. I was in town for a funeral, and multiple family members stayed. While a sad reason to be there, it was a great place for us to gather and have some good time together. The Chaz was amazing too!"

From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us at the front door and led us into the beautiful lobby,, until the moment we left, it was perfect!
