"They are awesome! I had an ear piercing I got done at Clair’s go horribly wrong- my earring backing was on too tight and it basically sucked my earring stud into my earlobe. I was a little panicked because it was too painful for me to try and push it back through my ear. I decided to come to Purgatory Tattoo for help and advice, they numbed my ear for me right away and quickly and delicately managed to push the embedded earring out. I’m so thankful!!! Never again going to Clair’s!! I will be coming here for my third ear piercings!! Thank you!"

"Took my 6 year old to get her ear lobes pierced here and she had a great experience. From the time we walked in we were welcomed and everyone was super kind and professional. The building is very clean and nice looking on the inside. They got her in quickly and the piercer was awesome! He did a great job explaining things to her and talking to her about what he was going to do and we were both so happy when we left! Over all a great experience and would recommend them to anyone! Thank you all for making her first experience an awesome one! I’m glad we waited and came here instead of going elsewhere."
