"All of the staff were very courteous. The hotel was very full. It sold out. The pool was full, but the kids had fun and made new friends."
"The room was clean and staff was polite but the fire alarm went off atleast 5x a day including at 1am and 4am for no reason without warning. The staff had no way of stopping it. So it made it almost impossible to sleep for the 5 days and nights I was there. There was no way to get a refund or get moved to a seperate hotel."
"Very good service and staff. Everyone in the front counter was incredibly friendly, as well as the people from the service. Installations are clean, comfortable, in a very good state. Included wifi and guest laundry were a good bonus. And complementary breakfast was also quite good. Very tasty with good selection of stuff daily."
"Not as easy to get in and out of, but a solid Hampton. Rooms have been redone, so they are well appointed and cozy without being cramped. Good--no, excellent--space for eating in the morning without feeling like you are on top of everyone else."
"A wonderful stay! I arrived very early expecting to just leave my bags at the hotel while I explored, but they had a room ready and checked me in right away! The room itself was clean and spacious. Nothing necessarily special or different compared to other hotel rooms, but it had all that I needed. The bed was very comfortable and the temperature was easy to control in my room. The staff were all friendly and professional. It's close to plenty of things to do (food, shopping, etc.) and is close to highways. Will definitely stay here again if ever I'm back in KC! Thank you to all the staff!!"
