"We travel A LOT and are Hilton rewards members and this was our worst stay in a hotel ever! First, when we arrived there was no one at the desk to check us in, we waited almost 10 minutes before someone finally came out. The room was big and actually pretty nice except the beds were super hard and the pillows were extra lumpy. It was like sleeping on a sack of potatoes. But the thing that really ruined the stay was the noise. I would say this hotel seems like a party hotel with several people laughing without any consideration for others until late at night. Unfortunately our room was above the back door and there were people hooting and hollering outside and in the halls until after 2am. At 1:30 in the morning, I hear a loudspeaker outside say "Excuse me, you in the black coat and blue pants! You need to either enter the building or remove yourself from the premises immediately!" Apparently this person did not leave and the message was repeated less then 5 minutes later. Finally after 2:30am it was quiet enough to fall asleep however I was awoken again at 7am by the loudspeaker telling yet another person to enter the building or leave the property. I had enough of this so we packed and left immediately. Of course no one was at the desk when I went to checkout so I dropped the keys in the box and we left without even getting breakfast. The whole situation made me feel very unsafe and uncomfortable so I just wanted us to get out of there. We will never stay here again and if you want to get a good night's sleep I strongly recommend NOT staying here either!"

"Dirty, smelly, poorly cleaned rooms. Dingy poorly cleaned linen. Entire hotel is pet friendly. Not a problem, I'm a pet owner however, the rooms aren't cleaned well enough for that. (Mary Carter) is the only reason they got any stars for the quality of the hotel stay. I was there 3 months ago and it was a pleasant stay. I won't be going back. Not worth the price. It's just a little better than a motel at this point."

"The hotel was right off I35 easily to get to. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a smell of burning electrical in the room that didn’t go away in our stay. Quiet building . Plenty of parking . I don’t recommend the Applebees next door."

"My husband and I check in about 8:30pm last night with our Dodge Ram truck and a trailer in tow. We found the only parking available on the backside of the hotel where it was well lit. We had a room where we had a view of the truck and trailer so I peeked out the window before bed and all was good. That was until my husband got up at 5:30am to let the dog out to only find our truck and trailer stolen. Obviously we called the cops and made a report and talked with the front desk who where helpful by showing us the surveillance video of our truck being stolen right after midnight . Something the staff said while talking to them really bothered me. 2 separate staff members in 2 different conversations said vehicles get stolen twice a month from this very hotel. That is a vehicle every 2 weeks! Do you think they had any kind of notice posted about that? Nope, nothing. The manager who was super sweet chalked it up to being “the area”. How were we supposed to know the area was bad? We wouldn’t be staying in a hotel if we lived in the area. The items stolen between the truck and trailer are irreplaceable. My husbands father passed away a couple years ago and part of our trip was picking up items that belonged to his dad. It is absolutely heartbreaking and obscene to think y’all are paying over $200 a night at a hotel where you trust your belongings will be safe to just end up getting robbed. We will never stay here again!"
