"The manager here is extremely rude and disrespectful I am an old employee that when I worked there I did everything right went above and beyond when I quit I put my 2 weeks in and even worked over the 2 weeks because they needed the extra hands I went in to get my w-2 and the manger Cody refused to give it to me and kicked me off the property violently he told me my W-2 was not there they would not help in anyway for me to get it even though the AGM and other employees said it was there, and the AGM said it was in the safe for me to come pick up. I tried to contact HR about my concerns And got no response I strongly recommend against going to this hotel. There are so many other options right around that one."

"Stayed here while transitioning to Kansas City. The employees are fantastic and try to do everything they can for you. There is police station, immigration office, and FBI office a mile away, and I guess that keeps most of the riff raff away. It is very quiet and not much traffic. It’s close to all your fast food, and shopping needs. Close to the interstate so you can get to anywhere in K.C. Pretty quickly!"

"I'm extremely allergic to perfumes and fragrances. The Room smelled like dog, the shower water isn't hot at all and in fact the shower water is literally run off from the laundry room and is dirty laundry water and it gave me an extreme allergic reaction and smells awful. Believe me, I have toured the most rural and poverty stricken areas of Uganda and several other African countries in not the most accommodating environments and still this place is beyond pathetic compared to a $7 slum room in AFRICA. This is absolutely pathetic and extreme health hazard to have run off dirty laundry water in the kitchen sinks and shower. Hope I get a refund because I can't even sleep here for a night , but they'll probably just steal my $140 even though this place is not suitable for habitation."

"I stayed one night and couldn’t sleep the entire stay. Whoever was in the room next to me and above me slammed things against the wall and floor none stop from check in to check out. My bed was shaking from whatever they were slamming against the wall!! I called the front desk to ask if there was construction going on and they said no and advised they’d call the guests. Nothing changed!!! Every time I close my eyes, there’s a huge slam against the wall or ceiling!! I even banged against the wall back. It never stopped. I will never stay here again. This is what I get for trying to save a buck. Definitely a case of you get what you pay for !!! The room was ok for the price but I’d probably got better sleep by just sleeping at the airport."
