"After checking out BRO's website, I found a rifle that was in my price range. It showed the rifle was available and in stock. I was visiting from out of state but relatively close to the shop. I drove about an hour to purchase the rifle. I walked the whole store looking for my pick and couldn't locate. I asked one of the reps and said he'd have to pull one from the back. About 5 minutes later, he returned and informed me they no longer have the rifle and said "I guess we need to update our site". YOU THINK?!? So to make it up, he points me to another rack that start at approximately $100-200 more than my price range with no design nor the same color. Pretty irritating... Guess I'll buy elsewere."
"Stopped in today for some odds and ends. The staff were busy preparing for thier black Friday sale. But still friendly and helpful. Best black Friday deals I have ever seen as well. My only complaint is they have a lot of staff manufacturing. So parking lot is pretty full. Great place. I'll definitely be back"
"I made sure to do a proper break in of the barrel/ gun that they’ve recommended. No jam no problems it eats cheap, expensive, 223/556 just fine. Even handles rapid fire, run it wet with oil. I use their cleaning and oil kit or slip 2000ewl. Everything is as smooth as butter and easy to clean."
