"I went to this store and purchased some chips and 3 scratch offs. The lady that waited on me told me my tickets was in the bag. When I got home to empty my bag no tickets was in there. I called the store and they said there was nothing they can do and hung up on me. I will never shop at one of these type of businesses again. They come in our neighborhoods and treat us like dirt. Never again"

"Service was slow but decent (checkout guy)... The thing is, this place let's some very shady and hostile people loiter around on the property as they have 3 video slot machines inside... I had a guy walk in the door and straight over to me as if he was going to punch me in the face or something... He loudly asked me repeatedly with his hand out to spare him 15 cents which I didn't have... I told him I only have a card to pay for my chips and he just stood there in my face as if I needed to prove it to him... I paid and quickly left... I don't suggest that anyone go to this place unless it's like high noon and you absolutely have to..."
