On the Run

"Ashley and David were by far the worst cashiers I’ve encountered at this store. I go here just about every night or every other night and tonight I tried to use my rewards… wellllll they would take anyone on the drawers so I had to try self check out and DAVID watched me try to put the code in or scan it multiples. Mine you the code expired in 15 minutes. Now ASHLEY decides to do her job but by the time she scanned everything the code expired. BOTH OF THEM KNOWING I HAD THE CODE and she continued to refuse I had rewards period. Oh and let’s not forget tried to charge me 6 for cookies LOL!!!! It was all for a free sub and instead of being real and understanding I was argued with and nothing could be done: OH AND THEY CAME OUTSIDE AFTER continued to talk bad about me right in front of me haha. Real classy just real classy! And by classy I mean DISRESPECTFUL:"

"Food was delayed so i bought ice cream instead. 6.99 on the shelf (name was included. The register rang it at 8.70. I paid and questioned the heavy 2 dollar tax. They just said "oh its 7.99" after i showed discomfort, they checked their mislabeled product and just gave me a shrug. Didn't offer refund. I was beyond bothered. It's bad enough i have to eat quickly at gas stations. Now i have to go down the street to another station because i don't trust the underhanded and unorganized company. Sure it's no skin of their back though."

"My boyfriend and I went here to get a fountain soda. We tried the Dr. Pepper and it did not taste right. Okay whatever no big deal so we try another one. It also did not taste right. No big deal. As I'm walking towards the freezers to get a bottled soda ERIC (night shift) ask if me if I’m gonna buy anything or just taste all his soda and leave. Very rude I shop here daily."

"Usually I like going here to pick up my fountain drink. However, today, I was completely disregarded by the cashier who was busy talking to someone on her cell phone. The only words she spoke to me were the amount owed. No thank you. No have a good day. When the receipt printed, she crumpled it up and threw it away while continuing her phone conversation. Hope this doesn't continue or I'll be going somewhere else"

"Extremely rude service. I walked in at 6:00am to purchase a powerball ticket (and redeem a “winning” ticket for $4.) The woman behind the counter yelled at me, saying “It’s too early for this!” (I assumed I had missed something.) As I left, I said “Thank you, have a nice day.”, she replied “You don’t!” There’s another gas station and convenience store across the street."
