"Danielle is the best! I got a rough haircut from another place, came into Sports Clips and Danielle saved my hair! Cannot praise her and this location enough!"

"Unfortunately, under no circumstances would I be able to recommend this sport clips to anybody of any age. It pains me to write this review, but I hope to save somebody the experience that I had with their employee Danielle. To put it kindly, Danielle looked like she had had a rough day, and I told myself that no matter how the haircut Turned out, I would leave her a great tip to hopefully make her evening better I Then proceeded to get a haircut (if you want to call it that) And half of my beard chopped off, That looks like my five-year-old daughter performed it. During the cut, She repeatedly “flicked” The clippers against my head, best I can describe it would be hitting a tennis ball with a tennis racket with your wrists, Which left the hair extremely uneven. I have no idea why, but at one point she pressed the clippers into my cheek and left a golf ball size bald spot in the middle of my beard… I did not say anything because what could be done at that point, and I think she did not think I noticed, and then proceeded to try and make it match on the other side. In addition to the uneven hair all over my head, the multiple dime size bald spots from the uneven cutting, And destroying my beard, There are specs of blood on the shoulders of my shirt I’m assuming from cuts as well. At this point, I am considering just shaving my head completely bald, and if I still had my full beard, I would do it with no thought, but since 1/3 of my entire facial hair is missing and I now look like a 12-year-old trying to grow his first beard who also tried to cut his hair by himself, I will have to decide what the best of action is going forward as I have multiple events coming up this weekend that I was hoping to look halfway decent for, which now I will not. If you want to patronage this location, obviously let somebody else cut your hair, but the thing that Bhel me is how somebody got hired in the first place that did this to this evening."

"Received a free haircut coupon from a friend. Who doesn't love free haircuts? People who would rather not trade good customer service for a freebie. Walked in and was greeted immediately but that was that. I sat for 25 minutes and watched 3 people go ahead of me. When I inquired they said I was supposed to put my phone number in the computer and that would have let them know I was in the store. Huh? Not me physically walking in? I walked back out and to my usual barber that charges $40. All free money isn't good money."

"I've been struggling to find a regular shop to get my haircut since moving to Saint Louis. I've found a great barbershop, but they are on the more expensive side (do NOT get me wrong, they're worth every penny, but my hair grows way too fast to be spending $$$ every 3 weeks so that particular barbershop has become my "treat yo' self" location). This was my first time at a Sport Clips, and it was a great experience. It was a holiday weekend, and I walked in without an appointment. I waited about 20 minutes before it was my turn, and a line was forming in the waiting area. Bridgette did an incredible job with my hair, taking the time to listen to what I wanted (of course, I decided this would be the time to try something new with my hair). She was friendly, thoughtful, and even when I expressed not wanting to do any of the extras (shampoo/head massage, the neck/shoulder massage) because she was getting busy and, at the time, was the only stylist working, she said she wasn't worried about the line, more so taking care of who was in her chair at the time. She was patient throughout my haircut, even after I asked twice to go shorter, never once getting frustrated (or at least letting it show if she was). Even with doing something out of the norm for me, my hair came out great. It's safe to say, I found a regular shop and will be going back to see Bridgette specifically!"

"I went into this Sport Clip and waited 10 minutes without so much as a good morning or hello. I know the 2 girls were working with other men, but a simple greeting and estimated wait time would have been nice. First bad experience with Sport Clips. Other locations have been 5 star. Will not recommend this location.."
