"Walked in and told a lady what type of ring we were looking for and she made a face and we asked if they had anything like that and she said mm I have maybe 1. Showed us one ring and we asked how much it would be and if there was any type of discount (because we have been shopping for rings all day and there have been discounts on a lot of them) and she said mm no only 10% and we said oh ok. And then she just stared at us and we said thanks and walked out. Rude and terrible customer service. Went over to Zales and they were some of the nicest people and we made our purchase there."
