"Credit card was compromised and my bank believes it might have happened here. We called them, not to complain, but to let them know they may need to check into their credit card security. My wife spoke with Joe. He told her, "That's impossible. There's no way that could have happened here." Joe then hung up on my wife as she was trying to talk to him. We weren't calling to blame them or to be rude, but to let them know of a possible security issue and maybe save them some future trouble. We will not return based on how rude Joe was to my wife. Terrible customer service and that should not be acceptable."
