"Do NOT put your card on file with them!!! They charged my card for what I’m assuming is someone else’s order since I haven’t ordered from them in over a year!! Charge was processed all the way through and have yet to receive a refund! In response to your comments I would like to apologize, First for my recollection of the date on our last order. Thank you for setting me straight on that. Secondly, I apologize that you were inconvenienced by phone calls at 7:00 am on a Saturday. As you might imagine, when I check my checking account and see a decent amount of money that has been debited out of my account through no doing of our own it can be quite shocking! While, I don’t expect anyone to be a “mind reader” and regardless of intent it still happened. We are the ones that have to file a claim cancel all debit cards and wait 7-10 business days for the return of funds “if” approved. Not you! As someone who runs a very large business It seems to me that the very least you could have done was made a phone call to 1. Apologize for the mistake made by your company 2. Ensure there was nothing that needed to be done on your end. But I guess not everyone is concerned out customer service and satisfaction. It is honestly disappointing. Thank you for removing our file and again I apologize for YOUR inconvenience"
