"Took me and my daughters to get their nails done my daughter got designs on hers 2 hearts and they looked like she drew them on her self they also came off the next day. My clear coating started chipping the next on my acrylics along with the red polish chipping $200 later and I’m very disappointed with this place. I simply told my daughter no on designs and the lady insisted she got them and made me pay after 10 times of telling her no just for designs to look awful"

"Used to be my go to place, but the past few visits have been awful. I’ll ask for simple things like length or shape and I will be told no and the tech will do what she wants. The particular person has done this to me several times leaving me with gigantic, uneven nails and is adding extra charges. My nails today cost 60$ when they are usually 45$, and they are the worst ones yet. I’m truly upset because this place was truly my favorite and now I just get disrespected and ignored. My nails are uneven and lopsided and I asked for them to be pretty short and round because I work with children…"
