"At first it was nice coming here feeling fancy and exclusive and most of the people are friendly. However I ran into multiple experiences where I was getting double charged and/or over charged and what the ladies were telling me in the shop was not what was happening in my bank account. I eventually gave up after them failing to book future appointments and send out reminders yet they continued to charge my account for multiple things. I always enjoyed the employees inside but I think their problem is with management and the computer systems. Perhaps if you are a typical Lenexa resident and won’t notice when over $100 is charged every month with nothing in return then good for you."
"Sophia gave me the best haircut I've ever had. Incredibly experience and she gave me excellent suggestions on products 10/10. Visited on 1/29/24. The woman at the front desk also provided a very professional and exquisite bar experience. She made a mule that is at least in the top 3 best drinks I've ever had. Overall 11/10."
"I love going to Scissors and Scotch. The stylists are great - great skills and they listen if you want something different. No ego or problems. The service delivery makes this a very different experience. That's why I come back. I walk in, the hostess Sica, greets everyone with a smile. If the bartender is busy, the hostess will always help. Plus they know how to pour, too! I get my money's worth every single time I go."

The right people is what makes an experience worth your time & that alone will always be an investment and not an expense. "I went to this location for about 6 months until I unfortunately had to move. Rico always did an amazing job with my hair. What kept me coming back was Hannah. Her warm and friendly smile, and her enthusiastic personality always made me feel excited to come back! Great barbers like Rico are hard to find, but Hannah is one of a kind.
