"This is an Amish Country Store that provides fresh produce, home baked pies, pastries, cookies, breads, and a wide assortment of jams, preserves and other canned goods along with a multitude of refrigerated and dry goods. It also stocks a wide variety of household and Amish made items. This is a wonderful store to browse the isles or to pickup daily use items. Stop by and enjoy the goodness! The store is North of Dunnegan, MO on Highway 123 on the East side."
"My husband came home with apple butter from a local produce stand. I’m usually a skeptic, But tried it. This is, hands down, the best apple butter I’ve ever tasted! And that means even better than Silver Dollar City!!! I’ve never heard of Ozark Country Kitchen or Dunnegan before, but apparently these folks know what they’re doing. Going back to buy more before the stand closes for the season!"
"This is a must stop spot for my family on our summer vacations at Stockton Lake. We stop by 2-3 times a week when camping for fresh fruits and vegetables, some basic groceries, ice, but ESPECIALLY the baked goods and jams. Their Friendship Bread, cinnamon rolls, donuts, bread, pies, and everything else make this a must stop destination to satisfy your sweet tooth. Cannot recommend enough. Very nice Amish people who live on the property and work the store. They do keep fridges and freezers running to store cold goods, I believe they run a generator."
"Bought several things at the ozark empire fair... absolute best tomatoes I have every had. Seasoned pretzels and chocolate chip cookies were amazing too. I'll be following them around to the farmers market."
"We bought some of the strawberry rhubarb jam. It was by far the best I've ever had. Some days I didn't even put it on the bread and ate it right out of the jar. Definitely worth the premium price."
