"Terrible service, I run out of my medications nearly every month. Am told multiple stories. Out of stock, we are three days behind, etc. I don’t care anymore. I have medication I’m supposed to take daily and in 4 months I’ve never gotten them on time. One of my medications is now 5 days late. I was told yesterday it came in and would be ready in the hour. I’m writing this the next day, and they still haven’t filled it. The moment i can do so I’m switching pharmacies. I would go across the street to summers pharmacy which is what I plan to do once my current medications need refilled. Can I give 0 stars?"

"Can never get medication correct no matter how many times they fill the same script. Then they expect you to fix it when they screw it up. My sister also had her diabetic meds screwed up, if she hadn’t noticed the dosage was wrong it would have killed her. I fear for the public’s safety!!!"

"If I could give them a zero, I would. Dr calls in an inhaler and antibiotics for person. The person gets a text saying meds are ready for pick up. They assume that because the inhaler isn't covered under the insurance, the person doesn't want it and never fills the script. The person is now in the middle of a full-blown asthma attack, and they say the wait will be another hour.... are you kidding me?! The scripts were called in hours ago! I recommend you to take business elsewhere to a place the staff and pharmacist actually care for the ppl. 9 ppl behind the counter, and not one of you can put a label on a box and hand it to the pharmacist for approval, so someone doesn't die in your parking lot. Do better CVS...."

"If I could give only zero stars, I totally would! I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt to get better at their jobs but every single time I am nothing but disappointed. Yesterday. CVS and Kearney had all day to get my prescription ready when I showed up after work on my way home from Liberty they told me they did not have it. I made them look for it because I knew it was sent and they still claim. They did not have it. As I left there in frustration I decided to sit in the parking lot and call and they told me they do have it. As I was just simply going to see if maybe they could see if it was sent somewhere else by mistake but now suddenly they have it... Then they told me they couldn't get it ready for me that night. So I decided I would just get it after work on my way home the next day. Into my surprise the entire pharmacy is closed, drive through and all. Tonight I am grateful to the liberty CVS as they were able to transfer the prescription and have it ready for me when I got there. However, I had to backtrack and go back to Liberty just to pick up the prescription. But it never fails. I always have issues with the store. Someone needs to take care of it. Thank you, liberty CVS."

"It shouldn’t take 3 days to refill a prescription Was told at drive thru it would be another 20 minutes. I would not have placed the order 3 days before if I wanted to sit and wait another 20 minutes. Time to find a better pharmacy . ."
