"My lashes started falling out the same day I got them done, which has never happened with anyone else before. I contacted her 2 days after my appointment and informed her that they were falling out on my right eye. She said to still come to my 2 week follow up appointment and she would see what was going on. The lashes that were falling out were glued to my lid, not my actual lashes. A few appointments later, I also had a very personal situation happen on one of my appointment days and had to cancel my appointment the same day. I was still charged the $35 cancellation fee even though I had a miscarriage and was at the hospital. She doesn’t care if anything happens, so make sure you can make your appointment."
