"The check in system is so bad I can hardly believe it. It does not tell you it will kick you out 20 minutes past your appointment, I checked. But it doesn’t matter if you check in, when you get there you still have to wait 30 minutes. The girl there told me it was a bad system. Cool, so you know it stinks. That’s way worse. Stop blaming bad customer service on a website- it’s your website, so do something about it."

"I didn't catch the stylists name's but I walked-in with my son for a kids cut and then decided I should get a cut too since I was already there. So there we are as a father and son experience laughing away whe getting lined up. My sons stylist was very fun and engaging, and mine was understanding with vision.
