"I was very impressed with floor and decor. My suggestion would be to make a design appointment online instead of just walking in and hoping to be helped with a design. I picked out tile yesterday for a bathroom project with Bobbie. Very impressed with their customer service - She was very helpful and patient with me as I was figuring out my design! She spent over an hour with me and never made me feel rushed. I was able to buy all my tile and supplies in one visit. I was very impressed with the price and ease of the process. I saved about 50% going with floor and decor versus another local tile shop. I am hoping the product we pick up will reflect our good experience but so far highly recommend!"

"Purchased flooring for a basement project. I was recommended by our contractor to check them out, Shorty's Renovation. Our contractor recommends everyone to check them out and for good reason! Their selection was absolutely amazing! While I shopped I had to ask assistance from a design consultant to help me choose between two options. I was able to return the extra within the 90 day return policy with no issues. Great place, will definitely use them again! Great workers too!!"
