"The young lady who performed my massage was phenomenal! But my experience was terrible, her room was freezing cold. My finger tips and toes were cold. I have no issue against the young lady for all I know she could have been cold herself. When I asked the front desk after my session they said she did have an electrical issue earlier in the day. A) if so the services should have been done in a different room. B) never offered $1 off or $10 off, nothing C could have been offered a blanket when you see my shivering in the front desk. D) didn’t attempt to turn the situation around I definitely wouldn’t return not recommend them after this being my first experience there If I could I would score 1/10, again they lady who performed my massage was great!"
"Had a great facial here with a friend; the environment is soothing and smells so good and our faces were glowing after! I love how toasty the beds and hot towels were especially in this cold snap. Great intro rate for new customers too. Can’t wait to try other services."
"We came for a couples massage. The massages were great! However, how many forms do you people need? I’ve also never had a place tell me there’s an emergency button under the table. Makes me wonder what prompted that. And of course the hard sell at the end. Accept the first “no” and move on."
"I had a wonderful Himalayan Salt Stone Massage when I visited this Hand and Stone location for the first time while in town last month. I love how I can use my membership benefits at any Hand and Stone location throughout the US and Canada. My massage therapist was excellent. She got in and worked my sore spots. I left feeling relaxed and completely refreshed. The spa sales associates were super friendly and made me feel so welcomed. Another great experience at Hand and Stone. Thank you!"
