"I took my son 30 minutes before they close and it was just a trim and easy cut. I show a picture of a boy with similar hairstyle than my boy but shorter. It looks like they didn't cut it all, he looks the same and we paid a lot. I have taken him there before and it was fine, not this time. If you don't have time to cut, just tell us to come back Another day. Or have someone with experience there. This time was a different guy that helped us, didn't like it. Sorry but I will take my boy somewhere next time. Make sure if you go there, ask for the most experienced people and make sure they follow what you say."
