"Vicky Grabsky colored my hair for over a decade. She is a Master colorist. I went to get highlights on a Thursday because I was starting a new job on Monday. I made the appointment because I had colored my hair at home and it was too dark and kind of flat. I asked for highlights. The photo shows what I got. She defended her work and insisted my hair looked better than when I walked in. Wow. I had my hair colored for YEARS and when I contacted her by text telling her I was unhappy she said I was creating drama. I asked ten people who know me and have seen my current dark hair and asked what they thought of my new do. They all said go back and get it fixed. I am so surprised she defended the result and insisted I looked better than when I walked in."
