"Really good food. Would have been 5 stars if their card processing system wasn't down. We had to place the order online. We also asked for pickles and pepperoni on one sandwich when we placed the online order. When they brought out the sandwich it didn't have pickles or pepperoni on it. When I asked them why they said they didn't have pepperoni. I wondered why they didn't at least put pickles on it, and tell me they didn't have pepperoni when they brought us the sandwich?"

"This was a very good sandwich. I got the Capastrami. It was delicious. Yall know I'm big on service. The young lady who help me was tremendous! The sandwich was warm and fully stuffed. The only things a added was sweet peppers and mustard for a little kick. If you're in Bentonville and want a sandwich go here you will treat yourself to a great sandwich and excellent service!"

"I grew up in the greater Philadelphia area. Heard you all have cheese steaks and hoagies that can be compared to the ones back home. I am super critical normally in my star ratings and definitely in my written evaluation. Especially when it comes to cheese steaks and Italian hoagies. With that said. If I was in Pennsylvania I would give them a 3 stars for the cheese steaks and a 4 stars for the Italian I got. Ordered both. Overall a 4 star rating because the shop was nice and the people were even nicer. Great atmosphere. The reality is we are not in PA. The Italian was delicious! It's the best I have had outside of The greater Philadelphia area. I'm retired military and have been all over the US. I asked for an Italian "all sweet" they didn't really know what I was asking but they had sweet peppers. It was superb. I think the only thing missing was some Italian seasoning and some black pepper. I only ate half of each and I added seasoning and pepper the next day. Pretty good. Roll was a little hard but still good after being refrigerated for a day. The cheese steak was very good. If I want something like home this will be the only place I will go. Roll was good, cheese great. The steak was a little thicker than back home and I think it could have used a little more seasoning.. season salt maybe?? Not sure. Over all I was very pleased with it. While it's not the best I've had it's the best I had here. So I think a three star rating is an average good rating, meaning not bad in a pinch but not necessarily my first or second choice. 4 is a solid choice if you're looking for what they offer. 5 is, I will drive out of my way to go get the meal. I live in Prairie Grove AR. I will be driving to Rogers just to get another one of these sandwiches. That is why I rated them a 5. Please don't misinterprete my criticism as a negative. I highly recommend this place. Best sandwich shop I have had here in AR. Again as a Philly guy I'm super critical of these two particular sandwiches. It's good and worth your hard earned dollars."

"First time here and it was excellent! It is by far the best sandwich restaurant I’ve ever been to. The food was very good and has a very friendly staff. I will definitely be back."
