"This used to be a great place to go but not anymore. I went in to get a fill on my full set of acrylic nails that were all the same length and matched in shape walking in. I asked for a fill and a white gel to go on top. I had also asked for a cheetah print design on my ring finger and pointer finger with black and grey( don’t know where the lime green came from). Let’s just say that’s not what I got. I had informed the guy three times what I wanted. At the beginning, Again after he filled my nails, and went to paint them and again when he went to put a top coat on with no design on and I asked about it. Not wanting to cause a big fuss on a Saturday with a bunch of people I paid and called after I left. Was told I could come back and they would just refund me. Once getting there that’s not what happened. I left with the only 50% of what I spent and the worst costumer service I have ever experienced in my life. I was never told sorry for the mess up or having me drive 30 mins to their salon for the second time that day to do the refund in person. The only one who truly cares about people and the customers was the young lady working at the counter she was amazing at trying to help in anyway she could and displayed the best customer service (when even what I am assuming was the manager could not). So thank you young lady. The first picture is what this pasific nails did to my nails ( wish I had a pic with both hands to show how off my left hand was to my right) and the second is what I had done two days later to fix them at union nails.( pic was taken for them a few days later so a bit grown out)."
