"The workers here are usually really nice and helpful, but the managers are just a train wreck. We've seen them needlessly embarrass the workers in front of customers, badmouth their local organic product suppliers and just go out of their way to be unprofessional. They seem to get through their days by openly venting about their pet peeves and all the things they hate about their customers. Today, they said they had already closed out their cash drawer and were not accepting cash because they closed at 6:00. But it wasn't even 6:00 yet. One time the blonde old lady manager turned us away at the door and said they were locking up even though their posted close time was still 10 minutes away. Branson businesses have so many sweet and friendly customer service people. These managers just don't fit in here."
"Will never go to this store again .the way they treat there employees is absolutely shameful i feel sorry for every single one that isnt management. They claim to be Christian but there actions are far from that. Pls dont promote this behavior by utilizing there store ."
